Cast and Crew PROFILES
Having recently graduated from a BA degree in Film in 2022, and being involved in film productions for many years, Georgina is currently obtaining a MA in Directing Film and Television.
Georgina started her career in 2016 working with Faliro House productions, in film and theatre productions, including Aristophane's Όρνιθες (The Birds) Directed by Nikos Karathanos. Her passion for directing and Production design have led her down many creative paths, and has had the chance to meet many wonderful creatives in events such as a Sundance Film festival (2017) and the Production Designer's Gathering (2022).
Having worked on numerous independent shorts in recent years, Georgina is now endeavouring to create a wide and creative variety of films to showcase the beauty in classic and contemporary storytelling.

Nephelie has been a dancer for most of her life, with a focus and long-term training in classical ballet and contemporary. She also has a passion for filmmaking and cinematography. Her dream has been to create a piece that incorporates both her love for film and dance.
Nephelie has recently obtained her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in both dance and physiotherapy, from The University of Chichester. Now, she will have the opportunity to put her passions into practice with this new experimental short film.

Cinematographer

Benjamin is an enthusiastic, passion driven fun and deliberate cinematographer. He is from Edo state, Nigeria. He studied mass communication at the Redeemers University of Nigeria, where he discovered his passion for filmmaking and started to work on short films alongside video editing. This led to his internship opportunity with the National Television Authority, Nigeria.
Determined to follow his passion he enrolled at the Royal Arts Academy following his NYSC in 2018, where he studied Film Directing whilst concurrently perfecting his video editing skills.
Benjamin is a disciplined and focused young man with the ability to pay apt attention to detail; he is a goal-getter and a determined team player. His interpersonal relationship and top notch communication skills enable him to work well with everyone. He considers himself a fast learner and he is always eager to learn and practice what he has been taught.
Composer
British musician Nick Squires, who is perhaps best known for the 50m+ viewed viral ‘Bach in the Rain’ video, (search ‘Cello in the Rain’ in your search engine of choice to view the video), composes original pieces for multi-tracked cello and creates incredible arrangements of popular classical, pop and film music.
Nick has sustained a 20 year cello career in London’s west end, playing in among others, Disney’s 'The Lion King' and 'Wicked the Musical' and is currently the guest principle cello of the LMTO (London Musical Theatre Orchestra).
In the UK orchestral scene, Nick has performed all over the UK and Europe with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Concert Orchestra, BSO and many more.
As a member of the pop band 'Jamie Scott and the Town’ from 2007-2015, Nick toured the world playing 40,000 arenas, supporting Take That and Kelly Clarkson and achieving a No.1 in Asia with ‘When will I see your face again?'.
As well a varied playing career, Nick has recorded and arranged strings for Westlife, Boyzone, Gabriella Cilmi, Girls Aloud and many more, as well as playing on film scores for Hans Zimmer.
As a pop producer, Nick co-wrote and produced a No.1 Billboard hit for Luhan in China. As well as selling over 3million units, ‘Medals’ was the first Mandarin song to top the Billboard charts.
Nick has now diversified even more with his career as a composer, not only writing inspiring music with backing tracks for children, In The Mix Music, being an in-house for Charanga UK, a featured artist for Calm.com, (creating albums of calming, mindful and meditational music), and creating Lo-fi tracks for Apple Music.

Editor
Josh is the film editor for this project. He is a Masters student at Bournemouth University, studying Craft Editing. His background primarily consists of cutting interviews, events, trailers and promos, but he is endeavouring to take on more narrative projects and ambitious films.
Josh is an alumni of Syracuse University with a an undergraduate degree in English. He is also very interested in music, cinema, youtube and animation.

1st Assistant Director

Joshua du Val is a passionate filmmaker who's happy to give a helping hand with anything on set. He began his film journey in 2018, studying Film for A levels on the island of Jersey, going on to study Media Production at Bournemouth University.
He has experience working on many student films, leading to directing his own short film Struck in the Night (2022) for Bournemouth University's 48-Hour film challenge.
Being a confident and friendly person, Josh is able to strike up a conversation with anyone, communicating effectively with everyone he works with. He adapts well to any situation and considers the importance of learning new skills from every collaboration.
Composer
Oli is a British media composer who is constantly trying to push the boundaries of composition. He started at a young age, studying Jazz and was a member of a larger band taking on many roles such as pianist and percussionist. He then went on to teach himself other instruments such as guitar and drums, learning things by ear.
He quickly found his love for film composition, influenced by the likes of Max Richer, Dario Marianelli and Thomas Newman.
Oli is currently studying Music and Sound Production at Bournemouth University, working alongside directors, building up good communication skills and understanding how a project should be seen by all areas of the creative eye.
Recent projects include Here With You (2022), a short psychological thriller on mental health awareness, directed by Michael Angelo Bagangan.
